How do I use the thumbnail/outline panel?

Resizing the sidebar panel

You can resize the Thumbnail and Outlines sidebar to your liking. Click and drag the left panel to resize it.

Bulk-moving pages

You can move one or multiple pages to a specific position while maintaining stable page order.

  1. Hover over the page/s you want to move.

  2. Click the 3 dots.

  3. Click Move to...

  4. Enter the destination page number for the selected page/s.

  5. Click Move.

     

TIP: You can also bulk select multiple pages to

  • Move pages to the top or bottom

  • Rotate left or right

NOTE: You can now multi-select with Cmd/Ctrl-click and Shift-click, and apply batch actions such as rotate, delete, and move to top/bottom.
