Error Message: Invalid Credentials

At times, your Google Drive or Dropbox may get disconnected from Lumin PDF. When this happens, the 'Invalid Credentials' error message can pop up. Read on to find out what you can do to resolve this.

If this message pops up, the first thing that you need to do is disconnect Lumin PDF from Google Drive or Dropbox. Once it is disconnected, you can then reconnect your Google Drive or Dropbox account.
