How do I increase the number of members in my premium organization?

Premium organizations are charged a fee for each member. The number of members can be set in the Plans screen and the Payment screen.

  1. Log in to Lumin PDF.
  2. Click your Plan account on the top-left of the screen.

  3. Select the required premium organization from the Your Organizations list. (Or click Manage Organizations, and click View under the required organization.)

    The selected organization opens.

Set members number in the Plan screen 

  1. Click the Upgrade Plan button (at the top of the screen).
  2. Move the members slider to the number of members, or price, you require.

  3. Click the blue Upgrade Plan button.
  4. Check the displayed number of members is correct.
  5. Click Complete Purchase.  

Set members number in the Payment screen  

  1. Click the Upgrade Plan button (at the top of the screen).
  2. Click the blue Upgrade Plan button at the bottom of the relevant plan. 
  3. In the Organization Info box, select the relevant organization and adjust the number of members as required.
