      How do I change the password strength requirements for my Circle?

      As an Admin and Billing Moderator, you can update your Circle's password settings in order to prompt your team to create stronger and more secure login credentials.

      1. Login to Lumin.

      2. Select your Circle from the left-hand account dropdown.

      3. Select the Dashboard.

      4. Click on the Security tab.

      5. Select the Simple or Strong (recommended) option and Save

      Simple: Team Members' passwords must meet at least 3 of the password requirements

      Strong (recommended): Team Members' passwords must meet all password requirements

      Note: Changes to the password strength will only affect newly created passwords. Only Admins and Billing Moderators can update Password Security settings.
