Crop a page quickly from the Page Tools. Find out how below.
- Click Page Tools in the document toolbar.
- Select the Crop page.
- Enter the number of pixels you want to crop from the page (top, bottom, left, and right). All crop fields must be filled in. Enter 0 in any area you do not want to crop.
- Enter the number of the page you want to crop.
- Click Crop.
- Click Crop again.
WARNING: Cropping cannot be undone. After cropping, a warning message will appear briefly at the top of the screen giving you one chance to undo the crop.
Tip: Use the single view option to display one page at a time in a scrollable list, or use the grid view option to display all pages as thumbnails.
The grid view is selected in the example below.
Tip: You can use all the page tools in both single view and grid view.
In grid view, you can also hover over page thumbnails for options to rotate or delete pages.
