How do I share a file?

There are two easy ways to share a file: via a link, or by email invitation. Learn more below.

Share document via a link

  1. On the Documents page, click on the three dots to the right of the file you want to share.
  2. Click Share.
  3. Toggle on the Enable sharing link button.

  4. Click Sharing Settings.

  5. Set Sharing Settings as required. Click Save.

  6. The file link appears. Click Copy as required to copy the link for pasting.

  7. Click Done to close the Share with others window.

Share document by email invitation

  1. On the Documents page, click the three dots to the right of the file you want to share.
  2. Click Share.
  3. Select a person or people from the list, or enter the email address(es), you wish to share with.

  4. From the Can Comment drop-down arrow, select the activity people can carry out on the shared file.

  5. Enter a message, if needed. 
  6. Click Send.
    Sharing recipients will receive an email with a button to open the file.
