The Form Field Detection feature is designed to recognizeform fields within PDF documents. It simplifies the process for users who wish to incorporate fillable fields into their documents, making it more efficient and user-friendly.
NOTE: The tool is capable of identifying the following form fields:
- Text field
- Checkbox
- Signature field
This feature is exclusively accessible to Pro, Business, or Enterprise plan users.
- When a document containing the form fields mentioned above is opened in the Lumin editor, Lumin will display a notification banner to guide users in adding the fillable fields.
- Click Add fields to complete the action.
- If this prompt doesn’t appear, in Tool groups, click Fill & Sign.
- Click the Form Builder tool.
- Then, select AI auto-detect.
- Review the form field detection disclosure that appears.
- By using the form field detection feature, you consent to the use of the Lumin AI model to automatically detect form fields within your documents. This feature is designed to enhance your document processing experience by identifying and highlighting areas requiring form fields. Please note the following:
- The AI model will analyze the content of your documents to detect form fields.
- Your document data will be processed in accordance with our privacy policy to ensure your information remains secure and confidential.
- Then, tick the boxes to indicate your consent.
- By using the form field detection feature, you consent to the use of the Lumin AI model to automatically detect form fields within your documents. This feature is designed to enhance your document processing experience by identifying and highlighting areas requiring form fields. Please note the following:
- Then, click Agree.
- Review the fields that were added by the tool. Then, select Apply.
