How do I disable automatic doc stack addition for my Workspace?
Learn how to control the automatic document addition feature for your Lumin PDF doc stack, helping you avoid unexpected charges when you hit your monthly document limit.
NOTE: Only Workspace Administrators and Billing Moderators can turn off this setting.
- Log in to your Lumin account.
- From the Lumin home page, click your account profile icon located in the top right corner.
- Then, click Billing.
- Under ‘Add docs automatically’, click the toggle button to turn auto-renew off. Click it again to turn it on.
TIP: Users on a trial plan will NOT have the toggle button visible on their accounts.
