      What do I do if I think someone else is using my Lumin account without my permission?

      If you use email/password to log in with Lumin:
      1. If you are logging in to Lumin, Log out immediately. If not, skip to step 2.
      2. Access the reset password page, and enter your registered email. Then we will send you a link to reset your password.
