Integrating Lumin with Pipedrive

Streamline document workflows by seamlessly integrating Lumin with Pipedrive. Send files for signatures directly from your boards, track real-time progress, and update your boards automatically upon completion.

Installing Lumin in Pipedrive

  1. Log in to Pipedrive with your account.
  2. Navigate to the Pipedrive marketplace and search Lumin in the search bar.
  3. Locate Lumin then, click Install. 
  4. Navigate through the authorization process. Click Allow access to complete the app installation.

How to use

  1. To access Lumin within Pipedrive, navigate to the Deals section, and then select a specific deal to view its details.
  2. Then, click Upload document.
  3. Drag and drop your file in the upload field or click the Upload button.
  4. Prepare the contract by selecting its due date, signers, and viewers (optional), then click Send to dispatch the contract for signatures.
  5. You can monitor the progress by navigating back to the deal and referring to the Lumin - signature request section.
