Signers can reject documents for many reasons; to negotiate, to amend spelling mistakes, etc. Read on to find out how this can be done.
Yes. When the signer views the document, they will see two options on top:
Negotiate Document: This option can be used to decline or delay signing a document. When negotiating a document, the signer is required to enter a reason in the allocated text box field.
NOTE: If at least one of the signers declines to sign a document, it will be moved to the Rejected folder in your dashboard.
