As a guest user, how do I reaccess a signed document?

When using Lumin Sign, signers aren't required to create an account. As a guest user, find out how to reaccess documents you've completed.

After completing a document, guest users are sent a confirmation email.

To reaccess the document:

  1. Locate and open the confirmation email. 
  2. Click View documents.
  3. Then, users will be redirected to that signed/completed document.
  4. Users then have the option to download the file by clicking the download button.

TIP: If you cannot locate the confirmation email, check your spam or promotions folder.
