How do I cancel my Lumin Sign subscription?

This article provides a simple, step-by-step guide on how to cancel your active Lumin Sign licenses.

NOTE: Only Workspace Owners and Admins can cancel Lumin Sign licenses.

  1. Log in to your Lumin account. 
  2. From the Lumin home page, click your profile icon located in the top right corner. 
  3. Then, select Billing.
  4. In the Billing tab under Subscription, you’ll see the active subscriptions for your Workspace. 
  5. Click Manage.Lumin Sign - Cancel

  7. Review the action, then proceed by clicking Continue to cancel. Lumin Sign - Continue to cancel
  8. Follow the prompts on the screen and finally, click Cancel my subscription.
