How do I send signature requests with a custom message?

  1. After adding your fields, you can review and prepare to send your document
    1. You have the option to personalize the subject line for the email notification that will be sent to your signer(s) in the Email subject field.
    2. You also have the option to include a personalized message in the Email message field.
  2. Finally, click Send.
  3. The receiver(s) will get an email with your chosen subject line and the message will be shown in the body of the email.
