How do I use my templates?

Learn how to leverage your saved templates and seamlessly send them for e-signatures using Lumin Sign.

  1. In Lumin Sign, click My templates.
    1. Hover your cursor over the template you wish to preview and click Preview template to view a detailed display.
  2. Click the menu button on the top right corner of the template, then click Use template.
  3. Review the template, then click Next. 
  4. Under Document info, you can:
    1. Click the pencil icon to edit the name of the document
    2. Set a Due date
  5. In the following section, you can input the signer's details. Enter their full name and email address in the designated fields. For this example, the signing order is set up so the Employee will sign before the Employer.
  6. Then, click Send
  7. Confirm the recipients’ email addresses before clicking the Send now button to initiate the document delivery.
