Integrating Lumin with Asana

Attach contracts in tasks to closely track its progress by integrating Lumin with Asana.

Install Lumin in Asana

  1. Log in to your Asana account.
  2. Navigate to Asana apps and Integrations.
  3. Search Lumin in the search bar.
  4. Select Lumin then, click Install. 
  5. Click Allow access to authorize the installation. 
  6. Then, click Allow to grant permission access.

How to use

  1. Once access is granted, select a project to add Lumin into by clicking Add Lumin. A new field for Lumin will be added to all tasks created in the project.
  2. After preparing a contract in Lumin Sign, copy the URL and navigate back to the Asana task.
  3.  Open the task, paste the URL in the Lumin field then, click Add.
  4. Once the contract is added, all of the contract information such as its status, due date, signer, and created day can be seen within the task.
  5. Once the contract or file is completed, the status will change to Approved.
