How do I reactivate my subscription?

After canceling a subscription, you have until the end of your billing cycle to reactivate your Lumin subscription.

  1. Log in to your Lumin account.
  2. From the Lumin home page, click your account profile icon (top-right of the page).
  3. Then, select Billing.
  4. Click Reactivate.

Note: When you cancel your paid subscription, you can use it until the end of the billing cycle. If you wish to cease your account immediately, please contact our support team here.
