What do I do if my document has expired?

On a Free plan, users are restricted to accessing stored files no older than 12 months. Read on to find out what you can do to access your files.

To access files that are older than 12 months, a Circle Admin or a Billing Moderator will be required to upgrade the Circle's plan. 

If you're not an Admin or a Billing Moderator

  1. Find out who your Circle Admin(s), or Billing Moderator(s) are by going to the Circle's Members tab.
  2. On this page, a list of your Admin(s), and Billing Moderator(s) will be displayed.
  3. You can then contact one of these super-users to perform the upgrade.

As the Admin or Billing Moderator

  1. Click on your profile icon (top-right of the page). Select Billing Settings.
  2. Click Our Plans.
  3. Choose your plan.
  4. Click Purchase now.
  5. Add your payment details.
  6. Then, click Complete Purchase.
