Workspaces in Lumin Sign

Access your Lumin Workspace directly from Lumin Sign, streamlining your workflow and enhancing your productivity. Navigate seamlessly between the two platforms without the need for multiple logins or interruptions.

What’s new? ✨

  • By accessing your Lumin Workspace from Lumin Sign, you can quickly manage your documents, agreements, and resources in one unified location. This feature not only simplifies the process of tracking agreements but also ensures that you can easily review and collaborate on important documents without losing context.

Ownership

  • Previously, Agreements were linked to specific users. Now, they are associated with the originating Workspace.

Access

  • Access your Lumin PDF Workspaces directly from Lumin Sign, allowing for seamless integration between the two platforms.
  • Each Workspace will now feature two distinct sections: My agreements for agreements you own, and Sent to me for those agreements shared with you.
    • In Lumin PDF, users can also access these sections.

Status

  • The status previously known as Waiting for approval has been updated to In progress. This change reflects a more accurate representation of the current state of agreements as they move through the workflow.

Agreement Limit

  • Previously, users on the free plan could send up to five agreements for signatures each month. Now, this limit applies to each individual Free Workspace, allowing for greater flexibility in managing agreements.

Workspace Switcher

Users can now easily switch between Workspaces, simplifying navigation. This enhancement allows for quick transitions without logging out, saving time and boosting productivity by providing efficient access to relevant agreements and resources.

NOTE:

  • Sent agreements are attached to the Workspace they’re sent from; therefore, users may need to switch Workspaces to access certain agreements.
  • Agreements sent from integrations (API, Zapier, Slack, etc.) are tied to the Workspace that owns the API key.
  • If a user leaves or is removed from a Workspace, all of the agreements they own will be transferred to their personal Workspace. A new Workspace will be created if they do not currently have one.
  • All Lumin Sign users will belong to a Workspace.

Upcoming enhancement:

  • Unified billing for Lumin PDF and Lumin Sign.
  • Access all Lumin products on one platform.
    • Ability to switch from Lumin Sign back to Lumin seamlessly.
  • Customized settings for users who leave or are removed from a Workspace.
