How do I recover a deleted file?

Before deleting files, users are encouraged to ensure a copy is saved on their desktop or anywhere outside of Lumin.

Unfortunately, when a file is deleted, there isn't currently a way for a user to recover it. Therefore, before deleting any documents, users are encouraged to ensure that a copy is saved on their desktop or in any other cloud storage such as Google Drive that is outside of Lumin. 

If your Lumin account is integrated with Google Workspace, you may find the file in Google Drive.
