How do I sync/save a document in Lumin PDF to Google Drive?

A document stored in Google Drive is editable in Lumin PDF, and if the document is synced any changes you make to it in Lumin PDF are visible in Drive.

How do I sync/save my work back to the original Google Drive document? 



  1. In Lumin PDF, open the Google Drive document you want to edit and save back to Google Drive.

2. Click the Sync button in the top toolbar when you're ready to save/sync your work back to the Google Drive document.

3. A message will appear that your sync was successful

Synced-to-Drive

4. After the successful sync, go back to your Google Drive,
-Refresh your Drive and your new edits will show in the Drive document.

Note: you must be the owner of the document to perform a sync. If you are only a viewer or commenter, you will need to request edit permissions with the document's owner in Google Drive. 


How do I save a new copy of a document into Google Drive? 


  1. In Lumin PDF, open the Google Drive document you want to edit and create a copy for in Google Drive

2. Click the make a copy button in the top toolbar when you're ready to create a new copy of the document in Google Drive.

3. Select Google Drive

4. Sync to Google Drive

5. Go to Google Drive where you will now have a new document copy 
-If the document doesn't appear immediately try refreshing your Drive page.
