If I combine a 5-page document with a 1-page document, will this count as 6 documents towards my monthly limit?

No, this will not count as 6 documents towards your monthly limit. 

If I download, share, or print the 6-page document, will this count as 6 documents towards my monthly limit?

No, this will only count as 1 document towards your monthly limit.
