How do I add another doc stack?

Read on to learn how you can add another doc stack if, or when your Circle has reached its document limit for the month.

NOTE: Only Account Admins and Billing Moderators can perform this action. 

  1. Click your profile icon in the top right corner. 
  2. Under My Account, click Billing.
  3. Then, click Upgrade Plan.
  4. You will be taken to the payment section to review the upgrade. For this example, on a Pro Plan, adding another set of doc stack will mean that the monthly documents you and your Circle can complete will go up to 400 documents. 
  5. Once you've reviewed the information in this payment section, hit Complete Purchase to add your doc stack. 

TIP: If you need to add more than one doc stack, you may follow the same steps above. 

NOTE: For monthly users, auto-renewal of doc stacks is turned on by default, and it is turned off for all annual users.
