Read on to learn how you can add another doc stack if, or when your Circle has reached its document limit for the month.
NOTE: Only Account Admins and Billing Moderators can perform this action.
- Click your profile icon in the top right corner.
- Under My Account, click Billing.
- Then, click Upgrade Plan.
- You will be taken to the payment section to review the upgrade. For this example, on a Pro Plan, adding another set of doc stack will mean that the monthly documents you and your Circle can complete will go up to 400 documents.
- Once you've reviewed the information in this payment section, hit Complete Purchase to add your doc stack.
TIP: If you need to add more than one doc stack, you may follow the same steps above.
NOTE: For monthly users, auto-renewal of doc stacks is turned on by default, and it is turned off for all annual users.
