I did not buy anything from Lumin. Why did I get a charge on my card?

If you have received an unintended charge on your card from Lumin, please read below for possible reasons for the charge.

Did you sign up for the free premium 7-day trial? 

Once the 7-day free premium trial period is finished, your account will automatically convert to a paid version if not canceled prior. 

Did you purchase Lumin for another person?

You may have purchased a Lumin subscription on behalf of someone else, e.g. a family member, housemate, or colleague. Additionally, if you have a child that is a student, they may be using Lumin for educational purposes and they may be using your card for the subscription.
