NOTE: Only Workspace Admins and Billing Moderators can cancel a Workspace plan.
Log in to your Lumin account.
From the Lumin home page, click your profile icon located in the top right corner.
Then, select Billing.
Next, select Cancel Plan.
Follow the prompts on the screen, then finally, click Cancel my subscription.
NOTE: Once canceled, your Workspace can continue to use Lumin's premium features until the end of the current billing cycle. After the billing period has ended, your Workspace will revert to a Free plan. You can compare Lumin plans here.
