Log in to your Lumin account.
From the Lumin home page, click your profile icon located in the top right corner.
Then, select View and manage subscription.
In the Billing tab under Subscription, you’ll see the active subscriptions for your Workspace.
In Product, find your subscription for PDF. Then, click Manage.
Next, select Cancel subscription.
Review the action, then proceed by clicking Continue to cancel.
Note: When you cancel your premium subscription, you can use it until the end of the billing cycle. If you wish to cease your account immediately, please contact our support team here.
