Before cancelling your free trial, please note:
The free trial gives you access to all of Lumin's premium features for 7 days
Canceling your free trial will downgrade your account to the free plan. It will not delete your account
Ensure you download any documents saved in your account before canceling the free trial subscription
Once canceled, free trials cannot be reactivated
Log in to your Lumin account.
From the Lumin home page, click your profile icon located in the top right corner.
Then, select View and manage subscription.
In the Billing tab under Subscription, you’ll see the active subscriptions for your Workspace.
In Product, find your subscription for PDF. Then, click Manage.
Click Cancel subscription.
Follow the prompts, then click Cancel my subscription.
NOTE: The Workspace will be downgraded to a free Lumin account with limited doc stack and editing tools.
