Deletion notes:
Before completing the deactivation of your account, please note:
Deleting an account also deletes all your team chats.
Before deleting your account, back up your personal files to a location outside Lumin and notify your team so they can save any files they need.
If you have a Lumin Sign account and have signed in using your Google account in both Lumin and Lumin Sign, both accounts will be deleted.
To delete your account:
Log in to Lumin.
Click on your profile icon (top right of the page) and select Profile.
Click the Delete my account button at the bottom of the page.
Confirm by typing the word 'DELETE' using all capital letters.
Then, click Delete .
After you confirm your account deletion, your account and all data stored in Lumin (and Lumin Sign) will be deleted immediately.
NOTE: If you are the owner of a Workspace and/or a Space with more than 1 member, the ownership will be transferred to a random member, and an email notifying them of this change will be sent to the new owner.
