How do I transfer ownership of a Space?

Space ownership can be simply managed via your Workspace list, or, the Manage Workspaces menu.

Note: Space ownership can only be transferred to someone already in your Workspace and in the Space. Find out how to add someone to your Workspace here.

  1. Log in to Lumin.

  2. From the navigation panel, click Documents and select the Space you'd like to update.

  3. Click the cog to open the Space's settings.

  4. Click Members.

  5. Locate the person you'd like to make the new Space owner. Then, click more

    options (three vertical dots), and then click Make Space Admin.

  6. Click Transfer.

Note: Your new Space admin will then receive an email confirmation of the new ownership role.
