Prerequisites
Prepare in Lumin – AgreementGen
In Lumin, click Generate.
Upload a file in the Templates section of AgreementGen or use an AI prompt to generate one.
Click Roles to add a new role. Roles are used to guide recipients on which fields they must complete.
In the Lumin app card in HubSpot, click View variables.
All the available variables will be listed automatically under the Variable Name column. Lumin generates a corresponding variable for every Contact, Company, and Deal property (refer to the HubSpot Property Name column) in your HubSpot instance. Any new HubSpot properties you create will also automatically generate a Lumin variable.
Use the search field to look for the HubSpot property you'd like to extract data from.
Then, click the variable to copy it to your clipboard.
In Lumin – AgreementGen, paste the variable where the data needs to be embedded.
Review the content of the agreement.
Then, ensure that all of the signature fields (and other fillable fields) are assigned to a role. To assign a signature or fillable field (if there are any), click the field, then select Assign role.
TIP: When viewing all available variables, a preview of the data to be extracted appears in the HubSpot Property Value column.
