Sent via Lumin Sign: The notification or document reference will mention “Lumin Sign” or look like a document waiting for your signature/payment.
Urgent Language: The message may pressure you to pay immediately to avoid a penalty or account suspension.
What to Do If You Receive One
Do Not Pay: Do not send any funds or approve the invoice.
Do Not Click Links: Avoid clicking any links or buttons within the email or invoice notification.
Report It: Take a screenshot or forward the notification to our support team at [email protected].
Delete: Once reported, delete the email or request from your inbox.
Already Paid or Interacted?
If you have already paid one of these fraudulent invoices or shared your financial information, please take action immediately:
Contact your bank or credit card company to dispute the charge.
Reach out directly to PayPal Support to report the fraudulent transaction and secure your account.
