Document won't upload
Confirm the file is a supported type (.pdf, .doc, etc.) and under the size limit.
If uploading from Google Drive or Dropbox, check that the integration is still connected and you're logged into the correct account.
For other integrations, locate here
Try uploading directly from your device instead — this rules out a third-party storage connection issue.
Refresh the page or try a different browser/incognito window in case of a caching issue.
Check your internet connection if the upload progress bar stalls or times out.
Can't add or place a field
Make sure you're in the agreement editor (not just the preview/upload screen). When signing an agreement, click 'Start' to be able to add a signature, write text, and edit.
Click the field you want to add, then move your mouse cursor onto the page, and click the area where you want the field to be placed.
Can't proceed to Review & Send / Next button greyed out
Check that every required role has a name and email address filled in.
Make sure all mandatory fields have been assigned to a signer - an unassigned required field can block sending.
Verify email addresses are correctly formatted (no typos, extra spaces).
Signer didn't receive the email
Ask them to check spam/junk folders.
Confirm the email address was typed correctly at the Review & Send step.
Note: Lumin Sign only emails the sender and the current signer (for sign-in-order documents); other signers won't get a notification until it's their turn.
Still stuck?
