How do I create a rubber stamp?

Create a personalized rubber electronic stamp that's tailored to meet your specific needs or those in your organization.

  1. Log in to Lumin.

  2. Upload a document.

  3. Click the Fill & Sign category.

  4. Then, select the Rubber Stamp tool.

  5. Click Custom.

  6. Then, click Create new stamp.

  7. In this window, you'll be able to:

    1. Add the main text of your stamp under Content, e.g., 'CCRUZ Approved'

    2. Update the font and format under Text Style

    3. Choose your stamp color under Background

    4. And opt-in to include your name

  8. As you update each field, you'll see a sample of your stamp under Preview.

    1. In this view, you may also choose to add a date (dynamic)

    2. and time (dynamic)

  9. Once you're done, click Create.

NOTE: Once you have created a custom stamp, it cannot be edited or updated.
