What do I do if my document has expired?

On a free plan, users are restricted to accessing stored files no older than 12 months. To access files that are older than 12 months, a Workspace Admin or a Billing Moderator will be required to upgrade the Workspace's plan.

If you're not an Admin or a Billing Moderator:

  • You will need to contact your Workspace Admins and request an upgrade to the Workspace to access the file(s).

As the Admin or Billing Moderator:

  1. From the Lumin home page, click on your profile icon located in the top right corner of the page.

  2. Then, select View and manage subscription.

  3. Click Billing and then Start trial.

  4. Select a plan, then click Purchase now. To view our pricing plans, click here.

  5. Add your payment details.

  6. Then, click Complete purchase.
