Locate the document you’d like to duplicate in the Document list: from a Workspace, Space or My documents.
Hover your cursor over the document, and then select the options menu.
Then, select Make a copy.
Rename the document (optional).
Then, select the location where you want your copy stored.
Finally, click Copy to complete the action.
