Out-Of-Memory Issue

If you are receiving the error message "Something went wrong. Contact our support team", here's what to do first.

  • You may be experiencing an out-of-memory issue, which prevents documents from downloading successfully.

  • Close any unused applications and browser tabs to free up system memory.

  • Then, refresh the document page you were working on and attempt to download it again.
