Starting February 12, 2025, the Certificate of Completion feature will be available on all Lumin Sign plans. After 30 days, users on the free plan will be required to upgrade to the Pro plan to access this feature.
What is included in a Lumin Sign Certificate of Completion?
Lumin Sign's Certificate of Completion includes the following:
Lumin Sign Document ID
Lumin Sign Document name
Document Status
Document history:
Signer(s) email, IP address, location
Timestamps; when it was sent, viewed, and signed
Document approved date and time
NOTE: Only documents sent after the February 12, 2025 will have a Certificate of Completion available.
How do I get my Lumin Sign Certificate of Completion?
Open the approved document.
Click the Download button.
Then, select the files you’d like to download:
Select the checkbox next to Certificate of Completion, then click the Download button.
Your document – along with its Certificate of Completion, will then be downloaded separately to your device.
TIP: To combine both documents, simply upload them to Lumin and utilize the Merge tool for a seamless integration.
