How do I get a refund for my subscription?

Cancellation Terms

You can cancel your subscription at any time via your Lumin Billing page. (Please see a step-by-step guide here)

Alternatively, you can contact Customer Support here. If you are unsatisfied with the product, you can request a refund. Refunds will be issued according to our refund policy.

Refund Policy

Lumin has a 3-month refund policy on all purchases. If you are unsatisfied with the product, please contact our Customer Support team and we will issue a refund for any purchase made within the last three months. Refunds on forgotten subscriptions normally cannot be issued but can be taken under advisement (case-by-case).

Requesting a Refund

To initiate this request, you may send an email to support@luminpdf.com, or complete the form found on this link. In this request, please ensure that you include:

  • the email address associated with your Lumin account,
  • proof of payment deduction - which could be a screenshot of your online banking statement,
  • and/or the unique customer ID found in the reference field of the last charge from Lumin. 

Once your request has been submitted, one of our team members will get back in contact with you within 48 hours.
