Spaces are subgroups of people inside a Workspace. Create teams from the Space screen in your Workspace.
Note: Any member of a Workspace can create a Space. Spaces can be created in al Lumin plans.
- Log in to Lumin.
- Click the plan dropdown on the top-left of the screen.
- Select the required Workspace from the Your Workspaces list.
- Click Spaces (in the left-hand sidebar).
- Click Create New.
- Enter a Space name.
- Add Space members as required (Space members can only be chosen from members in your Workspace).
- Enter the email address of a person you want to add to the Space.
- If the person is a member of the Workspace to which the Space belongs, their name and email address automatically appears under Members below the Add member field.
- Click the box with the name and email address. The person is added to a list below the Add member field.
- Search and add to the list as many people as you require.
- Once you have selected all the desired team members, proceed by clicking the Create button.

Once your Space has been created, you can easily access it on the left-hand menu under Spaces.
